Many times, homeowners are unaware of their responsibility for the repairs to these systems in and around their home. That’s why HomeServe offers optional programs that can help provide peace of mind.
HomeServe USA Repair Management Corp. (“HomeServe”), with corporate offices located at 601 Merritt 7, 6th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851, is an independent company separate from UGI Penn Services and offers this optional service plan as an authorized representative of the contract issuer, National Home Repair Warranty, Inc., 59 Maiden Lane, 43rd Floor, New York, NY 10038. Your choice of whether to participate in this service plan will not affect the price, availability or terms of service from your utility, UGI Utilities, Inc.
Please note that all offerings from HomeServe to customers of UGI Utilities, Inc. are optional. Failure to pay for HomeServe products will not result in termination of utility services. UGI Utilities recommends you consider whether this optional protection meets your needs. Other providers offer the same non-basic services as HomeServe. UGI does not endorse HomeServe’s products over that of HomeServe’s competitors.
