Paperless Billing

If you prefer to manage your account and pay your bills online, UGI is happy to accommodate you with our Online Account Center.

With an online account, you can:

• Eliminate paper bills
• Set up recurring payments
• Sign up for Budget Billing
• View your entire bill, just like your previously mailed version
• Review usage and billing history
• Update your personal and bank account information

How to Enroll in Paperless Billing:

1. Log in to the Online Account Center or Register Your Account.
2. Select the My Profile page in the Account menu.
   
3. Locate the tile containing the service address for which you’d like to enroll in Paperless Billing.
4. Click the kebab menu in the upper right corner of the tile.
   
5. Select Edit Paperless Settings.
6. Select the radio button for Paperless Billing On.
   
7. Click Continue.
