Customer Assistance and Referral Evaluation Services
Customer Assistance and Referral Evaluation Services (CARES) can provide referrals to other helpful programs in your community. There are no income requirements to participate in the CARES program.
These programs can include the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), budget counseling through your local assistance agency, State Weatherization or Office of Aging programs.
