  3. Your UGI Bill Explained

We understand closely evaluating the components of your energy bill is probably not at the top of your to-do list. As you may have seen in recent news coverage, global energy prices are on the rise due to a number of factors which include production not keeping pace with demand as the economy recovers from the impacts of the pandemic in the U.S. and globally.

Even with recent increases in natural gas prices, it is still by-far the most economical way to fuel your home or business. In addition to saving money, natural gas also lowers your carbon footprint significantly more than other fossil fuels.

Please find a breakdown of your UGI bill on the tabs below to help you better understand the factors that influence your overall energy cost. We want to remind customers that are struggling to make on-time payments to please contact our Customer Care Team so they can review your account and provide options. Our Customer Care Team is available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, at 800-276-2722.
